Bayo’s story is quite an inspiring one. A resourceful individual who did not allow his background deter him from believing in his dreams. Bayo grew up in Mushin Lagos, Nigeria 29 years ago and today he is flying with the President all over the world because of his passion and determination to give meaning to his life.

Life is too short to just waste on unnecessary gallivanting. We must discover our passion as youths, key into it and start now. Sometimes we don’t need capital to start, we just need few people who believe in our passion and would do anything to see it come to fruition.

Your network determines your net worth; those friends around you have a lot to do with your tomorrow, more than you know. Bayo’s of this world are passing a compelling message to young people to leave every other thing that is distracting them and run with their dreams. Lives and destinies are tied to that dream and that is the more reason you need to take that bold step and believe in your ability to do it.

The world wouldn’t celebrate those who ask the question “Could it be done” the world would most definitely celebrate those who are willing and committed to make impacts. You should begin to see yourself as a giant who wouldn’t give up even after life defeats. to surmount any sort of challenges in life, this mindset must be created.

However, it is evident that many youths today have a lot of aspiration which is developed as a result of interest in certain activities. Most of such aspirations discovered whilst nurtured turn out to become solution to problems.

Meanwhile, beyond all dreams, goals, and aspiration there is a question that might pose a puzzle to you; that question is; “what exactly am I called to do as a Nigerian Youth?”

Because of the importance of involvement of youths and their ability to make positive changes, the United Nations in 1985 drew the attention of the global community on the important roles of young people which prompted declaration of that year as international youth year for development and peace. Benjamin Disraeli in a quote says “Almost everything that is great has been done by a Youth”. When we look around us we unconsciously celebrate and patronize ideas which were developed by minds just like yours. You may want to say such people had opportunities at their finger tips while you have none, meanwhile, check the stories of some of these great and successful individuals they are stories filled with blood sweat and tears. It is never a smooth journey down the success lane which makes it generate a lot of people attractions when attained. Figure out your passion, develop it, and make use of it.
